Club Policies

Please contact the Pro Shop directly for all booking changes.

Cancellations/Modifications: Must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tee time to avoid charges.
No-Shows: Will be charged in full. The person who booked the tee time is responsible for managing changes and ensuring their group attends.

All alcoholic beverages and food must be purchased on property from Northampton Valley Country Club (NVCC).

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the golf course or club grounds.
Violations will result in the immediate removal of the alcohol, and repeated offenses may lead to a ban from NVCC.
This policy is enforced for the safety and enjoyment of all guests and is posted both online and at the course.

To maintain our course standards, proper golf attire is required:

Required: Collared shirts, golf shoes with soft spikes, or tennis-style sneakers.
Prohibited: Denim, cut-off shirts, metal spikes, or cleats for other sports.

Rain checks will be issued as a prorated credit based on your greens fee and the number of holes played.

By operating a golf cart at NVCC, you agree to the following:

You are familiar with its operation and will return it in the same condition as received.
You will hold NVCC and Northampton Township harmless from any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from your use.
You are over 16 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
You are responsible for any damage incurred while the cart is in your possession.

Golf is an outdoor sport with inherent risks, including weather, uneven terrain, and errant golf shots. By booking and playing at NVCC, all golfers:

Acknowledge and accept these risks.
Release NVCC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims related to injury or property damage.
Play at their own risk.
